Duties

• Prepare and cook grilled menu items with precision, ensuring consistent quality and presentation
• Assist in food preparation tasks such as chopping, marinating, and assembling ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area in compliance with food safety standards
• Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavor and safety of all dishes
• Support the serving team by providing freshly prepared meals promptly during busy hours
• Follow all health and safety regulations diligently to uphold a safe working environment
• Contribute ideas for new menu items or improvements based on customer feedback and culinary trends

Requirements

• Prior experience in food preparation, cooking, or kitchen roles preferred but not required; enthusiasm is key!
• Knowledge of food safety practices and proper handling of ingredients
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
• Strong teamwork skills with a positive attitude toward collaboration
