We're looking for motivated, knowledgeable, and personable individuals who are passionate about health, fitness, and wellness to join our team as Peptide Sales Experts (Treatment Specialists).

What You'll Do

As a Peptide Sales Expert, you'll work directly with patients who are interested in learning more about the treatments available through Invigor Medical.

These are individuals who have already expressed interest in our services. Your job is to answer their questions, help them understand their options, and guide them through the ordering process.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Speak with prospective and existing patients about their health and wellness goals.
• Educate patients about available peptides, medications, and wellness treatments using company-approved information.
• Answer questions about treatment options, pricing, and the ordering process.
• Help patients navigate treatment purchases and complete orders.
• Build relationships with patients and provide an excellent customer experience.
• Follow up with interested patients and help convert inquiries into sales.
• Stay knowledgeable about emerging trends in peptides, fitness, longevity, and health optimization.
• Meet individual sales and performance goals.
• Refer medical questions and treatment decisions to licensed healthcare professionals.

Who We're Looking For

We're especially interested in candidates who have a background in personal training, fitness coaching, nutrition, supplement sales, or health and wellness.

You don't need to be a medical professional. We're looking for people who genuinely enjoy learning about health and wellness and can confidently communicate with others.

Our ideal candidate:

• Has a strong interest in peptides, fitness, longevity, weight management, and overall wellness.
• Is comfortable talking to people and explaining products or services.
• Has a natural ability to sell without being pushy.
• Is motivated, competitive, and goal-oriented.
• Enjoys helping people find solutions that fit their needs.
• Is a quick learner who can understand and explain complex information in simple terms.
• Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is comfortable working in a sales-driven environment.

Preferred Experience

Experience in any of the following areas is a plus:

• Personal training or fitness coaching
• Gym membership or fitness program sales
• Health and wellness product sales
• Supplement or nutrition industry
• Inside sales or phone sales
• Customer service with a sales component
• Telehealth or healthcare-related sales

Previous peptide or medical sales experience is NOT required. We provide training on our products, processes, and services.
