What they need
Seeking experienced Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join a Per Diem team in Hampton Roads, VA. Key Responsibilities Include
- Providing nursing care within the LPN scope of practice
- Administering medications and treatments
- Collecting and documenting patient information
- Providing wound care and patient education
- Monitoring and reporting changes in patient condition
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Coordinating care with healthcare team members
- Performing additional duties based on facility needs
Qualifications And Skills Required
- Active LPN license
- Minimum of 1 year facility-based experience
- Current BLS/CPR certification
- Recent PPD test
- Ability to meet physical requirements of the role (no weight restrictions)
