What they need
Role: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in Hampton Roads, VA.
Responsibilities: Provide nursing care within the LPN scope, administer medications and treatments, collect and document patient information, provide wound care and patient education, monitor and report patient condition changes, assist with activities of daily living, coordinate care with healthcare team, and perform additional duties as needed.
Qualifications: Active LPN license, at least 1 year of facility-based experience, current BLS/CPR certification, recent PPD, and ability to meet physical requirements. No weight restrictions.
