Per Diem PCA Needed

Hi, I’m a middle age woman seeking PCAs to assist me during the hours of 8AM-4PM, and 7PM- 10PM. I have severe spastic cerebral palsy. and need help with all ADLs including bathing, grooming, dressing, feeding, tolieting, transfers, mobility, etc. I’m able to bear my own weight while a PCA helps me perform these activities. However, I need physically strong people to be my caretakers as I need assistance maintaining balance and require 1-person transfers.

I’m seeking PCAs of integrity, whom I can rely on. Besides the needy gritty side of this job, I’d also like to have a little fun, whether that be going shopping, baking, or simply watching a movie.

Activities of Daily Living that worker is required to perform:

• assistance with medications or other health-related needs
• bathing/grooming
• completing the paperwork required for receiving personal
• care services
• dressing or undressing
• eating
• housekeeping
• laundry
• meal preparation and clean-up
• mobility
• passive range-of-motion exercises
• shopping
• toileting
• transportation

Pay: $19.50 - $20.00 per hour
