What they need
Schemathics is dedicated to connecting customers with the brands they need by enhancing sales funnels and generating high-quality, conversion-driven leads. Through a data-driven approach and advanced analytical tools, we help internal teams and clients make better, faster decisions.
We're looking for a highly analytical and business-oriented Performance Analyst
to join our R&D organization and work closely with our Media and Business teams.
This role sits at the intersection of data, performance marketing, experimentation, and business decision-making. The analyst will develop a deep understanding of our different business verticals, acquisition funnels, partners, campaigns, and monetization models, and will use data to help the company make better performance decisions.
We are looking for someone who can go beyond reporting numbers — someone who can understand what is happening, validate whether the data supports it, identify the reasons behind performance changes, and translate findings into clear recommendations and actions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop a deep understanding of the company’s business verticals, funnels, traffic sources, partners, and performance models.
- Analyze vertical and campaign performance and identify trends, opportunities, risks, and areas that require optimization.
- Provide ongoing analytical support and recommendations to Media and Business teams regarding campaign performance, traffic allocation, funnel behavior, and business performance.
- Lead the analytical side of tests and experiments, from defining the right KPIs and measurement methodology to evaluating results and determining whether conclusions are statistically valid.
- Analyze the full user journey and performance funnel to understand where improvements or performance gaps exist.
- Work with BI tools, dashboards, internal systems, and AI agents to independently investigate business questions and uncover insights.
- Validate data across different systems, identify inconsistencies or measurement gaps, and work with R&D and Data teams to resolve them.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in Analyst position, working with business/media teams.
- BA/BSc in Statistics, Economics, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or another quantitative field.
- Strong analytical and quantitative thinking, with the ability to turn data into clear business conclusions.
- Strong understanding of statistics, experimentation, A/B testing, and statistical significance.
- Good SQL skills and the ability to independently explore and analyze data.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to explain analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience in performance marketing, digital advertising, lead generation, affiliate marketing, or another data-driven online business - Significant Advantage.
The position is open for all genders as well as people with disabilities.
Only suitable CVs will be considered.
