Performance Analyst

Performance Analyst required to join a leading UK brand.

Must hold an active SC Clearance.

Inside IR35, Hybrid & long term engagement.

Key Requirements:

• Work with project teams to select, implement and validate analytics tools.
• Analyse data and turn findings into clear, actionable insights that help stakeholders make informed decisions.
• Use performance data to guide ongoing service and product improvements.
• Ensure data and analysis are accurate, reliable and high quality, using both qualitative and quantitative methods.
• Challenge assumptions from a digital perspective and collaborate with digital specialists, particularly user researchers, to build a well-rounded understanding of user needs and service performance.
