About The Role A leading global financial services firm is seeking a skilled Performance and Capacity Management Analyst to join their dynamic team in Pune.

Key Responsibilities

• Capacity Planning: Analyze system performance and capacity metrics to forecast future needs and proactively address potential bottlenecks.
• Performance Optimization: Identify and implement strategies to improve application and infrastructure performance, reducing response times and enhancing user experience.
• Monitoring and Alerting: Configure and manage monitoring tools to track key performance indicators and trigger alerts for potential issues.
• Capacity Management Tools: Utilize tools like ServiceNow to manage capacity plans, track incidents, and generate reports.
• Data Analysis: Analyze performance data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
• Collaboration: Work closely with infrastructure, application, and business teams to align capacity planning with business objectives.

Qualifications And Experience

• 1 to 3 years of experience managing performance and capacity
• Strong knowledge of the servers, networks, and storage that make up IT infrastructure
• Experience with capacity management tools (e.g., ServiceNow, TrueSight)
• competence with reporting and data analysis tools (Excel, PowerBI)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Capacity to function both individually and collaboratively
