Performance & Clinical Services Executive

Role Overview

Improve clinical service performance by combining healthcare operations, quality improvement, and data analysis. You'll work with clinical and operational teams to strengthen service delivery and patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor clinical and operational performance indicators.
• Develop healthcare service improvement initiatives.
• Analyze patient experience and service data.
• Coordinate quality improvement programmes.
• Support clinical audits and performance reviews.
• Develop reports and recommendations for leadership.
• Work with multidisciplinary teams to implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or master's degree in Healthcare Management, Health Sciences, Nursing, Medicine, or related discipline.
• 5+ years of healthcare operations, clinical quality, or service improvement experience.
• Strong understanding of healthcare quality frameworks.
• Excellent data analysis and reporting capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management skills.

Pay: £60,000.00-£82,000.00 per year
