Full Job Description

We are an e-commerce perfume brand looking for a digital marketing professional to manage customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. The role focuses on growing online sales through ads, funnel optimization, and customer lifecycle campaigns.

Fresh graduates and internship candidates are also welcome to apply for entry-level / learning-based positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Meta, Google, YouTube, and other digital advertising campaigns.
• Drive customer acquisition and improve key metrics such as CAC, ROAS, conversions, and revenue.
• Manage the full digital funnel — from ads to website visit, purchase, payment, and post-purchase experience.
• Plan and run customer engagement campaigns through WhatsApp, Push, SMS, Email, and other digital channels.
• Drive onboarding, repeat purchase, upselling, win-back, and retention campaigns.
• Analyse campaign data and identify clear opportunities to improve marketing performance.
• Conduct A/B testing and growth experiments on creatives, audiences, offers, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with creative teams to develop and improve ad creatives and campaign assets.
• Manage performance marketing agencies (if applicable) and evaluate campaign results.
• Explore new digital channels and partnership opportunities to grow the brand online.

Required Experience

For experienced candidates:

• 6–10 years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Growth Marketing.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and YouTube Ads.
• Good understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion, retention, and LTV.
• Experience with analytics, campaign optimization, and customer lifecycle marketing.
• Strong data-driven and problem-solving approach.

For freshers / interns:

• Fresh graduate or candidate with internship experience in digital marketing / e-commerce.
• Basic understanding of online ads, social media, and e-commerce.
• Willingness to learn performance marketing, analytics, and growth tools.
• Good communication skills and a proactive learning attitude.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce brands (perfume, beauty, or lifestyle preferred).
• Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and basic CRM tools.
• Ability to work with numbers and turn insights into action.
• Strong attention to detail and ownership of campaign results.
