Performance & Process Engineer

Location: Saraburi Province

Job Description:

• Oversee clinker and cement production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and output.
• Monitor plant performance metrics, including throughput, AF%, heat consumption, energy consumption, clinker ratio and CO2 emissions, provide gap analysis and any recovery / improvement action plans.
• Coordinate with other business functions to deliver site decarbonization and alternative fuels roadmaps, and process improvements projects.
• Implement continuous improvement strategies to enhance production efficiency and reduce costs.
• Analyze and optimize production processes to improve performance, reduce waste and optimize costs.
• Introduce and implement new technologies or methodologies to improve production processes.
• Together with the quality section, ensure that the clinker and cement produced meet the quality specifications and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in performance & process management, project management, or related fields is a plus.
• New graduates are welcome to apply.
• Strong skills in strategic planning, decision-making, communication, and negotiation.
• Good command of spoken and written English; TOEIC score of 650 or above is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving, logical, and analytical thinking skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
• Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with others.
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-oriented.
• Assertive and confident in expressing ideas, communicating opinions, and making decisions.
