The Opportunity
Join our leading life insurance company, where innovation meets tradition. We are on a mission to redefine the future of life insurance through data-driven, customer-centric, and fully integrated marketing and communication strategies. At Metropolitan Life, part of MetLife, Inc., we empower our people with the tools, autonomy, and culture needed to create meaningful impact.
As a Performance Campaign Coordinator you will coordinate and optimize the campaigns and channels that drive measurable, qualified leads for our business: from organic and paid search to partner, CRM and event sources. You will own day-to-day campaign execution, lead source tracking, performance monitoring and reporting, and turn data into continuous optimization that improves lead volume, quality and cost efficiency against clear performance targets.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Coordination & Execution
- Coordinate end-to-end campaign delivery across channels, managing timelines, stakeholders, approvals, and dependencies.
- Support product launches and commercial initiatives, ensuring campaigns are correctly configured, tracked, and launched.
- Maintain campaign plans and workflows, ensuring seamless lead handoff to Sales and distribution teams.
Lead Source Management
- Coordinate SEO and GEO initiatives to improve search visibility, rankings, and lead generation.
- Manage paid media activities with agency partners, monitoring performance, budgets, and lead costs.
- Support owned and partner channels, including CRM, email, landing pages, events, referrals, and partnerships.
- Ensure consistent tracking, attribution, and performance visibility across all lead sources.
Monitoring & Optimization
- Monitor campaign and channel performance, identifying issues and optimization opportunities early.
- Lead testing and continuous optimization of creatives, audiences, messaging, landing pages, and forms.
- Improve lead quality and conversion by partnering with Sales, digital teams, and agencies to refine targeting, user journeys, and budget allocation.
Reporting & Insights
- Build and maintain dashboards and regular reports (weekly, monthly, quarterly) covering performance by lead source, campaign and funnel stage.
- Define KPIs and success metrics with marketing leadership; track ROI and pipeline contribution.
- Use market research, competitive activity, search trends and customer insights to identify new lead opportunities.
Budget, Governance & Compliance
- Track campaign spend against budget, support forecasting and planning, and provide transparent reporting to marketing leadership.
- Ensure all campaigns, content and data collection comply with internal guidelines, policies, regulatory requirements, and data privacy and consent rules (GDPR).
- Manage day-to-day relationships with agencies and vendors to deliver on time and within budget.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, or a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in performance marketing, digital marketing, demand generation or campaign coordination roles.
- Solid understanding of lead generation channels: SEO, SEM, paid social, email/CRM, content, partnerships.
- Hands-on experience with analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Looker Studio/Power BI, Excel).
- Experience using AI-driven marketing and analytics tools to optimize campaigns, generate insights, enhance SEO/GEO performance, automate repetitive tasks, and improve lead generation outcomes.
- Experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms, tagging/UTM and lead tracking.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insights and clear recommendations.
- Good project coordination, organization and stakeholder collaboration skills, with attention to detail.
- Curious, willing to learn and to make a difference.
Preferred Qualifications
- Awareness of GEO and AI search.
- SEO tools experience.
- Familiarity with conversion rate optimization and A/B testing.
- Insurance or financial services prior experience.
The expected salary range for this position is 132500 – 176500 RON gross annually. This role may also be eligible for annual short-term incentive compensation. All incentives and benefits are subject to the applicable plan terms.
