What You'll Do

Coach & Program

• Deliver high-quality training sessions
• Build and adjust individualized programs
• Run performance evaluations and benchmark testing

Build Your Book of Business

• Generate leads through networking, outreach, referrals, and events
• Turn consultations into paying clients
• Retain and grow your client base

Sell (Every Day)

• Follow up with leads consistently
• Close training packages
• Hit personal and team revenue goals

Market Yourself

• Build your presence through social media, the community, and relationships
• Represent Elite at events, camps, and school outreach
• Create opportunities instead of waiting for them

Track Your Results

• Client outcomes, sales numbers, retention rates, and session volume

What We're Looking For

• A strong sales mindset (this is critical)
• The ability to build relationships and close
• Confident communication and leadership
• High energy, accountability, and consistency
• A real passion for fitness, performance, and growth

Requirements

• Degree in Kinesiology/Exercise Science, or 2+ years of relevant experience
• Proven ability, or a strong willingness, to sell and retain clients
• Availability up to 6 days per week

Preferred

• National certification (NSCA-CSCS, NASM, or equivalent)
• Experience in sports performance or speed training
• Experience with a CRM or KPI tracking
