At Progressive Motion Fitness, the Performance Concierge Team is more than just a check-in station; it is the hub of our community and the first step in our members and clients daily success.

Key Responsibilities

1. Member Experience & Hospitality

• Greet every member and guest with a professional, welcoming attitude.
• Act as a brand ambassador, providing comprehensive tours to prospective members.
• Proactively resolve member inquiries regarding accounts, schedules, or facility features.

2. Sales & Lead Management

• Execute professional lead-intake processes for inquiries.
• Assist in membership sales by utilizing emotional connection strategies to understand a prospect's "why."
• Maintain an organized system for follow-up calls and lead tracking.

3. Operational Excellence

• Ensure all guests have signed the appropriate liability waivers and check-in documentation before entering the floor.
• Maintain a pristine lobby and retail area, ensuring all displays are organized and visually appealing.
• Assist management with clerical deadlines and basic facility audits and needs.

4. Safety & Standards

• Monitor facility access to ensure a safe environment for all members.
• Conduct walk-throughs before and after shift to ensure equipment is in its proper place and the facility meets our high-quality standards.

Qualifications

• Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a focus on professional branding.
• Aptitude: Strong computer literacy; ability to learn gym management software and CRM systems quickly.
• Availability: Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including early mornings, evenings, or weekends.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.65 per hour
