Performance Creative Designer

We are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can create marketing visuals that are not only attractive, but also designed to drive measurable results.

This role is not a traditional graphic design position. The ideal candidate must understand how creative assets influence user behavior, ad performance, click-through rate, conversion rate, campaign engagement, and customer acquisition.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Experience in iGaming, entertainment, fintech, e-commerce, mobile apps, digital platforms, livestreaming, or MCN-related businesses.
• Experience creating performance creatives for paid ads.
• Familiarity with Filipino / Taglish social media content style is a plus.
• Experience designing landing pages, campaign pages, or promotional pages.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics, animated banners, reels, or TikTok-style visuals.
• Understanding of user psychology, hooks, CTAs, urgency, trust signals, and conversion-focused design.

Job Conditions

Employment : Full-time I Probationary to Regular

Work Setup : On-site at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City

Relocation Support : Relocating package available for employment coming from outside Cebu

Schedule : 6 days per week
