Performance Creative Designer

Golden Alpha Venture Corporation we are looking for a Performance Creative Designer who can create marketing visuals that are not only attractive, but also designed to drive measurable results.

This role is not a traditional graphic design position. The ideal candidate must understand how creative assets influence user behavior, ad performance, click-through rate, conversion rate, campaign engagement, and customer acquisition.

The Performance Creative Designer will work closely with the marketing, media buying, social media, content, and operations teams to produce high-performing creatives for digital ads, social media campaigns, landing pages, promotional activities, and short-form video content.

Required Experience:

• Proven experience as a Performance Creative Designer, Marketing Designer, Digital Designer, Social Media Designer, or Advertising Creative Designer.
• Strong portfolio showing marketing creatives, digital ads, campaign visuals, social media content, or conversion-focused designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, and Figma.
• Experience with short-form video or motion tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools is preferred.
• Good understanding of digital marketing channels, especially Meta, TikTok, Google, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Ability to design creatives based on marketing objectives such as acquisition, conversion, retention, reactivation, brand awareness, and campaign participation.
• Basic understanding of ad performance metrics such as CTR, CVR, CPA, ROAS, engagement rate, and A/B testing.
• Strong sense of layout, typography, color, visual hierarchy, and mobile-first design.
• Ability to work quickly, revise efficiently, and produce multiple creative versions under tight deadlines.
• Good communication skills and ability to understand marketing briefs.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in iGaming, entertainment, fintech, e-commerce, mobile apps, digital platforms, livestreaming, or MCN-related businesses
• Experience creating performance creatives for paid ads.
• Familiarity with Filipino / Taglish social media content style is a plus.
• Experience designing landing pages, campaign pages, or promotional pages.
• Ability to create simple motion graphics, animated banners, reels, or TikTok-style visuals.
• Understanding of user psychology, hooks, CTAs, urgency, trust signals, and conversion-focused design.

• Employment : Full-time I Probationary to Regular
• Work Setup : On-site at Cebu Business Park, Cebu City
• Relocation Support : Relocating package available for employment coming from outside Cebu
• Schedule : 6 days per week | Shifting
• Work Environment : Fast-paced startup environment with opportunities to build , learn, and grow

Pay: Php40,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month
