Performance Creative Designer / Creative Strategist

We are looking for a creative marketer who can combine strong design skills, marketing strategy, AI tools, and performance thinking to create high-converting campaigns for dental equipment, healthcare, and consumer oral-care products.

This is not a traditional graphic design role. We need someone who can independently research audiences, develop campaign angles, create compelling ads, and continuously improve creatives based on performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Create high-performing Meta ads, social media creatives, carousels, reels, videos, and offline marketing materials
• Develop campaign concepts, hooks, headlines, and creative angles
• Research competitors, trends, customer pain points, and buying behavior
• Produce creative variations quickly for A/B testing
• Use AI tools to improve creative quality and turnaround time
Review campaign performance and recommend creative improvements
• Create materials for both B2B high-ticket products and B2C/FMCG brands

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in graphic design, performance creative, digital advertising, or a similar role
• Strong portfolio in paid social/media advertising
• Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, Canva, or similar tools
• Video editing skills using Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, or similar
Strong knowledge of AI creative tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Runway, or equivalent
• Good understanding of Meta advertising, direct-response marketing, hooks, CTAs, and consumer psychology
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision
• Fast, resourceful, organized, and highly creative

Experience in healthcare, dental, medical devices, beauty, FMCG, e-commerce, or high-ticket products is an advantage but not required.

Pay: Php35,000.00 - Php40,000.00 per month
