Performance Engineer

I’m working on a really exciting opportunity for a Performance Engineer to join a team building high-performance AI infrastructure.

This is all about finding what’s slowing a workload down, fixing it, and proving the improvement .

You could be working across:

🚀 Distributed training

⚡ Large-scale inference

🖥️ Multi-node HPC

🔧 C++ / CUDA / Triton

📊 Profiling, bottleneck analysis and end-to-end optimisation

The team is ideally looking for someone with:

• 3+ years of whole-stack performance work
• 3+ years of systems programming in C++, CUDA or Triton
• Experience profiling complete workloads and fixing the actual bottleneck
• Experience improving a training, serving or simulation workload across nodes

📍 Cambridge, MA — hybrid 3 days/week

🌎 Remote also available across the USA & Canada
