Performance Growth Specialist — Google & Meta (D2C)

Kontrah Labs is looking for a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist who is an expert in both Google Ads and Meta Ads , with proven experience managing campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.

This role is not for beginners or candidates with surface-level knowledge. We need someone who understands why campaigns perform, can identify problems, make independent decisions, and take ownership of results — not someone who simply follows instructions.

Must-Have Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience executing and optimizing both Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns for D2C/e-commerce brands.
• Strong expertise in Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
• Ability to independently plan, launch, analyze, troubleshoot, optimize, and scale campaigns.
• Strong understanding of campaign strategy, audience targeting, bidding, creative testing, attribution, and conversion tracking.
• Familiarity with GA4, Meta Pixel, Conversion API (CAPI), and performance analytics.
• Ability to interpret data, identify performance issues, and recommend actionable solutions without constant supervision.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and ownership.
• Comfortable communicating performance insights and recommendations clearly.
