Performance Load Test Analyst

Responsibilities

1. Design and execute performance, load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using NeoLoad
2. SAP S/4HANA and supporting SAP modules, Convergent Mediation (CM) for high-volume tolling and event mediation processing
3. CRM applications (Dynamics CE customer service and case management workflows)
4. Middleware and integration layers (APIs, batch interfaces, event-driven integrations)
5. Simulate real-world enterprise workloads including tolling transactions, mediation events, billing cycles, payment processing, CRM interactions, analytics queries, batch jobs, and peak-volume scenarios.
6. Execute end-to-end performance testing of integrations between CRM and SAP systems, including:
7. Prepare detailed performance test reports, dashboards, and executive summaries with clear go/no-go recommendations.
