Performance Management & Development Officer

About the role

The Performance Management & Development Officer is a position responsible for analysing, supporting, and implementing projects and initiatives related to development in the Outbound Logistic area and ensuring the development process runs according to desired standards in terms of quality, cost and time.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, support, and implement projects and initiatives related to development in the Outbound Logistic area and ensure the development process runs according to desired standards in terms of quality, cost and time
• Design and implement performance measurement and evaluation for both internal teams and transportation vendors to identify performance deviations, follow up and encourage continuous improvement
• Understand and comply with ABCD and Code of Business Conduct and all other Company policies in accordance with the compliance department and Company guidelines by attending complete training sessions and monitoring processes to achieve all compliance requirements
• Understand and follow the Business Code of Ethics and all Company/Group policies by attending/completing required compliance training

About you

• Minimum Bachelor's degree from various study programs
• Minimum 2 years of experience working as Project Coordinator/Project Management and working in Supply Chain, Logistic and handling land transportation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Able to communicate well using Indonesian and English, both verbally and in writing
