What they need
Role Summary
Lead and support SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management initiatives, acting as an SME to drive system enhancements, manage configurations, translate business requirements into solutions, support upgrades, testing, and change initiatives, while collaborating with global HR and IT stakeholders.
Key Requirements
- SAP SuccessFactors Performance Management expert.
- Performance Management Certification or 8+ years of hands-on configuration experience.
- Strong knowledge of HR processes, including Performance & Goals, Talent, Learning, Recruiting, Compensation, and Employee Central.
- Experience gathering requirements, designing solutions, and supporting global implementations.
- Proven experience with SuccessFactors Performance Management in large global organizations.
- Agile and DevOps experience; leadership experience is a plus.
- SAP HR/HCM and banking industry experience are desirable.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Experience working with global, multicultural, and distributed teams.
