Performance Management Specialist (Business Controller)

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in Plant Controlling, Factory Finance (FF) Controlling, or Business Controlling.
• Strong background in performance management, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
• Experience supporting manufacturing, production, or operational environments is highly preferred.
• Strong stakeholder management capabilities, with the ability to effectively collaborate across functions, geographies, and all organizational levels.
• Assertiveness and confidence to challenge assumptions and influence decision-making.
• High level of reliability and commitment, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to translate complex financial information into actionable business insights.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Leading planning, forecasting, budgeting, and financial reporting activities.

2. Monitoring and analyzing plant performance, costs, and operational KPIs.

3. Supporting management decision-making through financial analysis and business insights.

4. Partnering with operational and cross-functional stakeholders to drive performance improvements.

5. Supporting cost control initiatives, productivity tracking, and profitability improvement programs.
