Performance Management Specialist

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Performance Management with hands-on experience designing and delvering performance appraisal.
• Proven experience in constructing KPI and Objectives and Key Results (OKR)
• Data-centric, strong analysis and quantitative reasoning

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop and manage an integrated KPI framework that aligns performance objectives across the company, functional, and individual levels.
• Ensure the performance appraisal process is conducted objectively, consistently, and within the established timeline across all departments.
• Partner with business leaders and department heads to establish clear, measurable, and relevant KPIs and performance objectives.
• Facilitate the implementation of the annual and periodic performance management cycle.
• Drive continuous improvement through a structured PDCA-based performance management approach.
