Performance Marketing Manager

Location: Model Town, Delhi
Work Mode: Work from Office, 6 days a week

MADAX Media is a creative agency working primarily with F&B, hospitality and lifestyle brands. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Manager who can take ownership of paid campaigns, understand data and turn marketing budgets into measurable business results.

What You'll Do

• Plan, set up and manage campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads
• Conduct audience, competitor and market research
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, bidding and placements
• Monitor campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results
• Track key metrics including reach, CTR, CPC, CPM, conversions and ROAS
• Set up and monitor pixels, events, tracking and conversion campaigns
• Work with the creative and strategy teams to develop performance focused creatives
• Prepare regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations
• Stay updated with Meta, Google and digital advertising trends and platform updates

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid media
• Strong hands on experience with Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Good understanding of GA4 and Google Tag Manager
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience managing budgets and optimizing campaigns based on performance
• Ability to understand creative and translate data into actionable recommendations
• Agency experience and experience with F&B, hospitality or lifestyle brands will be an advantage
