We're looking for an experienced Performance Marketing Specialist who has a proven track record of scaling e-commerce brands through Google Ads and Meta Ads. If you're passionate about data-driven marketing and delivering measurable business growth, we'd love to hear from you.

SALARY SALB - 5-12 LPA.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and scale Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Performance Max, Display & YouTube).
• Manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) for customer acquisition and remarketing.
• Optimize campaigns to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR and conversion rates.
• Build and manage high-performing remarketing strategies.
• Work with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Merchant Center and Meta Events Manager.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages and ad copy.
• Collaborate with the creative team to produce high-converting ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Strong expertise in:
• Google Search
• Google Shopping
• Performance Max
• Meta Ads
• Remarketing
• GA4
• Google Tag Manager
• Google Merchant Center
• Experience managing monthly ad budgets of ₹5 Lakhs+ .
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.

Preferred Experience

• Shopify
• D2C & E-commerce Brands
• Amazon Advertising
• International Advertising (US, UK & Europe)

✔ During the interview process, candidates should be prepared for practical assessments based on real advertising scenarios. We value professionals who can demonstrate how they analyze data, optimize campaigns, solve performance issues, and scale profitable campaigns.
