Performance Marketing Manager

We are looking for a result-driven Performance Marketing Manager with strong paid advertising and lead generation skills to plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns that drive measurable business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads
• Drive qualified leads and improve campaign conversions
• Monitor and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, and other KPIs
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis
• Track campaign performance using GA4, GTM, and platform analytics
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with content, creative, and sales teams to improve campaign results

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in performance marketing or paid advertising
• Strong hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion funnels
• Experience with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage budgets and meet campaign targets

Preferred

• Experience in a digital marketing/agency environment
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads and B2B lead generation
