People & Performance Manager

Location: Kochi
Experience: 5+ Years

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end HR operations and employee relations.
• Handle performance appraisals, KPIs, and KRAs, especially for sales teams.
• Monitor sales staff performance and productivity.
• Develop incentive structures and performance improvement plans.
• Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
• Prepare performance reports and HR MIS for management.

Requirements:

• MBA/PGDM in HR or relevant qualification.
• 5+ years of HR experience.
• Strong experience in sales team appraisals and performance management.
• Good communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Immediate joiners preferred.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
