Performance Marketer & E-Commerce Growth Specialist (D2C Gifting Brand)

We are launching an All-India D2C emotional and spiritual gifting brand . We are looking for a result-oriented Performance Marketer to manage paid ad campaigns, optimize sales channels (Shopify, Meta, WhatsApp etc), and help us scale to 1,000+ orders a month.

Key Responsibilities: ​Run and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Instagram & Facebook) to drive profitable sales.

​Set up and manage conversion campaigns for Shopify, Instagram DM, and WhatsApp Business. ​

Track daily ad spend, cost per order (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).

​Test different creative angles, video Reels, and ad formats to reach target audiences across India.

Requirements:

​Must Have: Hands-on experience running Meta Ads for D2C brands, Shopify stores, or online businesses.

​Must Have: Strong understanding of scaling ad spend while keeping order costs low. ​

Bonus (High Priority): Basic graphic design or video editing skills (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, or Premiere Pro) to edit quick ad Reels and graphics.

​Bonus: Prior experience with e-commerce platforms like Amazon India or Etsy.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
