Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven marketer who operates at the intersection of paid media and organic search. You will own campaigns across Google, Meta, Marketplaces and other digital channels while building and optimising the SEO systems that compound visibility and qualified leads for our clients. You report on numbers that matter. Not vanity metrics.

Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimise paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and emerging digital channels for our clients and for XCCELER.
• Build and execute SEO strategies covering technical audits, keyword systems, and content optimisation.
• Track, analyse, and report on campaign performance with a focus on measurable business outcomes.
• Identify growth opportunities through data and act on them, fast.
• Collaborate with the Content & Social team to align messaging across paid and organic.

Requirements

• 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, SEO, or both.
• Proven ability to manage paid media budgets and deliver measurable results.
• Comfortable with Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager.
• A bias for action and a habit of testing before assuming.
• Strong written communication: you can explain a result without hiding behind jargon.
