Performance Marketer

We are looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer to manage and optimize Blueshift Energy Inc.'s paid marketing channels. This role will focus on generating qualified leads, improving advertising performance, and maximizing return on ad spend through Meta, Google, landing pages, and lifecycle campaigns.

The ideal candidate is analytical, proactive, and comfortable using data to make decisions, test campaigns, identify opportunities, and continuously improve marketing performance.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Drive a consistent flow of qualified leads through paid marketing channels.
• Monitor and optimize key performance metrics such as CPL, conversion rates, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Develop and test different audiences, creatives, messaging, offers, and landing pages to improve campaign performance.
• Manage and optimize landing pages to improve lead conversion.
• Develop and manage customer lifecycle and remarketing campaigns, including campaigns for lost or inactive leads.
• Segment lost leads based on reasons such as price objections, timing, or other factors and develop appropriate messaging to recover them.
• Track campaign performance and analyze results by lead cohort to accurately measure revenue and advertising effectiveness.
• Conduct regular campaign reviews and use performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Work closely with the Marketing and Sales teams to ensure paid leads are relevant, properly tracked, and aligned with business goals.
• Maintain organized campaign structures, tracking systems, reports, and processes.
• Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, digital marketing trends, and performance marketing best practices.
• Take ownership of campaign performance and consistently work toward agreed lead generation and ROAS targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Proven experience in Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing, Paid Media, or a related role.
• Hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid advertising, lead generation, conversion optimization, and remarketing.
• Experience tracking and analyzing ROAS, CPL, conversion rates, and other performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions based on data.
• Experience with landing page optimization, A/B testing, and campaign experimentation is an advantage.
• Experience with CRM, lead tracking, analytics, or marketing automation platforms is an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns while maintaining accurate tracking and reporting.
• Proactive and highly accountable for campaign results.
• Strong organizational and process-management skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with Marketing, Sales, and other teams.
• Willingness to continuously test, learn, and improve campaigns based on performance.
• Experience in solar energy, renewable energy, construction, or home improvement is an advantage.
