About the company

 Binny's has been in the jewellery business since 1962 — over six decades of building a name in Mumbai. Today we operate as a D2C group out of our headquarters in Andheri East, running multiple brands under one roof with an in-house team handling growth, creative, tech and retention.

We're now building our second brand: SwissIQ , a premium watch strap label for luxury watch owners, built on Swiss-sourced material.

Small team, real ownership, no layers. You'll work directly with the founder, see the actual numbers, and your decisions will show up in the P&L the same month you make them.

Jewellery — live account, real spend, real customers, real data. Doesn't need inventing. Needs running better.

SwissIQ — premium watch straps for Rolex, Omega, Cartier and Grand Seiko owners. Launching from a completely blank Business Manager. No pixel. No audiences. No proven creative.

What you'll own

▪️ Audit and restructure the live jewellery account — CAC down, volume intact

▪️ Set up SwissIQ end to end: pixel, CAPI, catalogue, domain verification, UTMs

▪️ Build the first campaign architecture with no historical data — and defend those decisions

▪️ Brief creative in hooks, angles and objections. Kill losers fast, scale winners

▪️ Weekly review to the founder in orders, CAC and contribution — not platform ROAS

Must have

1–3 years hands-on Meta spend · Shopify · GA4 basics · pixel + CAPI done by you, not outsourced · Excel/Sheets where you build your own reports

Preferred: jewellery, watches or any considered-purchase category above ₹5,000 AOV

How we verify: a live screen-share of your real Ads Manager, plus reference calls with 2–3 brands you've run ads for. Screenshots won't do.

Not for you if: you've only run mature accounts, you need an agency behind you to execute, or your only lever is "flat 40% off".
