Performance Marketer

About the Role

Devx4 is looking for a Performance Marketer who can plan, manage, and optimize digital advertising campaigns to drive quality leads, conversions, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

* Plan and manage paid campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.

* Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROAS.

* Research target audiences and develop effective campaign strategies.

* Work with the creative team on ad creatives, copies, and campaigns.

* Analyze campaign performance and provide regular insights and reports.

* Test new audiences, creatives, and strategies to improve results.

* Manage advertising budgets efficiently and focus on measurable growth.

Requirements

* Good understanding of Performance Marketing and Paid Advertising.

* Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager; knowledge of Google Ads is a plus.

* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Ability to understand campaign data and make data-driven decisions.

* Good communication and willingness to experiment and learn.

* Previous experience in running paid campaigns is preferred.
