About the Role

Brand Blazers is looking for a results-driven Performance Marketer who understands how to turn advertising budgets into measurable business growth.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience managing Google Ads and Meta Ads, generating qualified leads/sales, optimizing campaigns, and making decisions based on data rather than assumptions.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
• Manage Search, Display, Performance Max, Remarketing, Lead Generation, and Conversion campaigns
• Conduct keyword, audience, competitor, and market research
• Develop campaign strategies based on client objectives and budgets
• Monitor CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, ROAS, conversion rate, and other performance metrics
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality, conversions, and overall ROI
• Perform A/B testing of creatives, ad copy, audiences, landing pages, and offers
• Work closely with designers, content teams, and developers to improve campaign performance
• Set up and verify conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Google Ads, and Meta Pixel
• Analyze campaign and website data to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare clear weekly/monthly performance reports
• Manage multiple client accounts and advertising budgets simultaneously
• Stay updated with changes and new features across advertising platforms

Required Skills

• Strong practical knowledge of Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager
• Good understanding of performance marketing and conversion funnels
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google Tag Manager
• Understanding of Meta Pixel and conversion tracking
• Strong keyword and audience research skills
• Ability to analyze campaign data and identify performance issues
• Knowledge of remarketing and retargeting strategies
• Understanding of landing-page optimization and CRO
• Good communication and reporting skills
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills
• Ability to independently manage campaigns and meet performance targets

Preferred Experience

4-5+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience is preferred.

Agency experience and experience managing campaigns across multiple industries will be an advantage.
