What they need
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and execute performance marketing campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads and other relevant platforms.
- Develop strategies for customer acquisition, lead generation and app downloads.
- Manage campaign budgets and optimize spending for maximum ROI.
- Monitor key metrics including CPL, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and ROAS.
- Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives, ad copy and landing pages.
- Research target audiences and develop effective targeting strategies.
- Analyze campaign data and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Coordinate with the creative team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
- Track and report campaign performance on a regular basis.
- Continuously test new platforms, strategies and campaign formats.
- Stay updated with changes in digital advertising platforms and industry trends.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
