Performance Marketer

About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns for our clients across digital platforms. You will work closely with the creative, content, and strategy teams to turn strong creative ideas into measurable business results.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Manage budgets, targeting, bidding, optimisation, and campaign performance.
• Track CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, conversion rates, and other key metrics.
• Analyse campaign and audience data to identify growth opportunities.
• Work with the creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives.
• Conduct A/B testing of creatives, audiences, copy, and landing pages.
• Prepare performance reports and actionable insights for clients.
• Stay updated on advertising platforms, tracking changes, and emerging growth strategies.

Requirements

• 25 years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong experience with Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Good understanding of conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and analytics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts is preferred.
• Agency experience is a plus.

We are looking for someone who understands both sides of performance marketing: the numbers behind the campaign and the creative that drives them.
