Performance Marketer

Objective

We are looking for a Performance Marketer to own and scale paid acquisition for one of Yug Brands’ D2C brands. You will be responsible for managing and optimizing Meta and Google Ads, with a strong focus on profitable revenue growth.

The ideal candidate is someone who has hands-on experience in D2C and understands the complete performance marketing funnel, from campaign strategy and creative testing to conversion, attribution, and scaling.

You will work closely with the founders and creative, content, and product teams to build a high-performing acquisition engine.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end performance marketing function across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Develop and execute paid acquisition strategies aligned with revenue and profitability targets.
• Plan and manage campaign structures across prospecting, retargeting, and customer acquisition.
• Continuously test and optimize Audiences, creatives, offers, landing pages, campaign structures, and bidding strategies.
• Monitor key metrics including ROAS, MER, CAC, CPA, AOV, CVR, CTR, CPM, and contribution margins.
• Identify winning products, creatives, audiences, and campaigns and scale them systematically.
• Work closely with the creative team to develop a strong pipeline of performance-focused ad creatives.
• Analyze campaign and customer data to identify growth opportunities and performance bottlenecks.
• Manage daily budgets, pacing, performance monitoring, and campaign optimization Build and maintain performance dashboards and regular reports to track business performance.
• Work with the website/CRO team to improve landing pages, checkout experience, and overall conversion rates.
• Collaborate with the broader growth team across SEO, organic growth, CRM, CRO, and analytics to improve blended business performance.
• Stay updated on changes in Meta, Google, attribution, measurement, and the broader D2C performance marketing ecosystem.
• Take ownership of performance outcomes and proactively identify opportunities to improve growth, efficiency, and profitability.

Qualification

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the D2C / e-commerce industry.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Demonstrated experience in **scaling D2C brands through paid acquisition**.
• Strong understanding of the D2C funnel, including acquisition, conversion, retention, and unit economics.
• Comfortable working with metrics such as ROAS, CAC, MER, AOV, LTV, CVR, CPA, CPM, and contribution margin.
• Strong analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Experience with Shopify, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel/CAPI, and other marketing analytics tools is a plus.
• Strong understanding of creative testing and the ability to translate performance data into actionable creative insights.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Prior experience working directly with founders or owning a business's performance marketing function is a strong plus.
• Experience with premium/lifestyle/automotive, fashion, home, or other consumer categories is a plus.**

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Sarjapura, Bengaluru, Karnataka
