Performance Marketer

About the role

You will own the thinking behind acquisition: understanding parents, identifying buying triggers, developing distinct ad angles, directing creative, running paid campaigns, and improving results through the full funnel from lead to qualified booking, attendance and sale.

Key responsibilities

• Research parents, competitors, objections and buying triggers
• Turn research into clear acquisition hypotheses and meaningfully different ad angles
• Write or direct hooks, copy and editor-ready creative briefs
• Build, monitor and improve paid campaigns, primarily on Meta
• Diagnose where the funnel is breaking instead of blaming every problem on the ads
• Track qualified bookings, attendance, sales, collected revenue and CAC, not just clicks and CPL
• Work with AI support for research, execution, analysis and QA while personally owning judgment and accuracy
• Recommend budgets, tests and next actions clearly

About you

• Experience with children's enrichment, education, family services or appointment-led local businesses is helpful but not required
• Campaign evidence matches your claims
• Creative tests are based on real customer insight
• Can explain exactly what you owned versus what your team did
• Connect media performance to sales quality and business economics
• Communicate directly and can hand clear work to editors and operators
• Honest when evidence is incomplete
