Performance Marketer

The role : You run paid acquisition for a set of client accounts. Meta and Google mostly. Real revenue targets, not brand budgets. You report to our Performance Marketing Manager.

Small team, real ownership, no layers between you and the decision. You own your accounts. You don't write a deck to justify a test, and you don't sit in meetings about meetings

Most marketing jobs bury you. A slice of a funnel, an approval chain, three months before anyone tells you if it worked. Here you own accounts outright, ship the same week you think of something, and find out fast whether you were right. When you have a better idea than ours, we use yours.

What you'll actually do :

• Own 6 to 10 accounts end to end: build, launch, optimise, scale
• Run structured creative testing. Angles, hooks, formats, tested deliberately
• Create end to end funnel, from creatives to funnel to crm
• Own cost per qualified booked call, not just CPL
• Maintain the tracking behind your campaigns: pixel, CAPI, forms, GHL pipelines
• Bring a clear diagnosis and a fix to your weekly review
• Hands-on Go High Level (GHL) experience, funnels, automations, CRM workflows
• Email marketing, sequences, deliverability, list management
• Marketing automation and funnel-building experience
• Lead scoring and qualification knowledge
• Daily use of Slack and Notion
• Strong analytical skills, you own your numbers
