Job Overview

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive with 2–3 years of relevant experience to manage and optimize paid digital marketing campaigns. The candidate will be responsible for driving quality leads, improving campaign performance, and monitoring key marketing metrics.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns.
• Manage paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant platforms.
• Monitor and analyze leads, conversions, CPL, ROI, and ROAS.
• Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and competitor analysis.
• Optimize campaigns to improve lead quality and reduce acquisition costs.
• Track daily campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Coordinate with the Creative and Content teams for ad creatives and campaign requirements.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital and performance marketing.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Strong practical experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Good understanding of lead generation and conversion optimization.
• Knowledge of campaign tracking and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and work independently.
