Performance Marketer

Shift: Evening/Night Shift (6:00 PM – 3:00 AM)

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok
• Optimize campaigns for conversions, ROAS, and lead quality
• Build and manage audiences, including retargeting and lookalikes
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, copy, and funnels
• Scale winning campaigns while maintaining profitability
• Collaborate with design and content teams for high-performing creatives

Requirements

• Proven experience running Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns
• Strong understanding of Meta Pixel and TikTok Pixel tracking
• Experience with conversion tracking, events setup, and attribution
• Ability to analyze data and optimize campaigns effectively
• Hands-on experience with Ads Manager and TikTok Ads Manager
• Strong analytical mindset with a focus on performance

Preferred Skills

• Experience with e-commerce and/or lead generation campaigns
• Understanding of creatives that perform well on TikTok (UGC-style content)
• Basic knowledge of landing pages and conversion rate optimization
• Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs110,000.00 per month
