What they need
Key Responsibilities
* Plan and manage *Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other digital campaigns*.
* Generate and optimize *leads, conversions, and sales*.
* Monitor campaign performance, budgets, and key metrics.
* Conduct *audience research, and ad optimization*.
* Analyze campaign data and prepare performance reports.
* Work with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and copies.
* Identify new opportunities to improve *campaign performance*.
Requirements
* Experience in *Performance Marketing / Digital Advertising*.
* Good knowledge of *Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads*.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to manage multiple campaigns and budgets.
* Knowledge of *Google Analytics and tracking tools* is an advantage.
Pay: ₹13,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
