Job Summary

Zepomart Etail Private Limited is looking for a Performance Marketing / Marketplace Ads Executive to manage and optimize paid advertising campaigns across e-commerce marketplaces.

The candidate will be responsible for improving sales, ROAS, ACOS and overall advertising performance through effective campaign management and data analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, manage and optimize Amazon PPC / Amazon Ads campaigns.
• Manage advertising campaigns on Flipkart, Myntra and other marketplaces.
• Monitor and optimize ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CTR, CPC and Conversion Rate.
• Perform keyword research, search term analysis and competitor analysis.
• Manage campaign keywords, bids, budgets and targeting.
• Identify and add negative keywords to improve campaign efficiency.
• Monitor daily ad spend, sales and campaign performance.
• Analyze SKU-wise advertising performance and identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare daily and weekly advertising performance reports.
• Coordinate with Marketplace and Creative teams for campaign requirements.
• Support the team in achieving sales and advertising targets.

Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in Amazon Ads, Marketplace Advertising, Performance Marketing or E-commerce.
• Basic knowledge of Amazon Seller Central and Amazon PPC.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets.
• Understanding of ROAS, ACOS, TACOS, CPC, CTR and Conversion Rate.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong interest in E-commerce and Digital Marketing.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Freshers can apply if they have basic knowledge of Amazon Ads, Excel and Performance Marketing and are willing to learn.

Salary

₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience, skills and interview performance.
