Role Description

We are looking for a Performance Marketing Associate with 2–4 years of experience to manage and scale Cumin Co.’s customer acquisition through Meta Ads. The role will focus on campaign execution, optimization, creative testing, and performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize Facebook & Instagram campaigns through Meta Ads Manager.
• Manage budgets, audiences, placements, bidding, and campaign pacing.
• Monitor and optimize CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM, and conversions.
• Run creative and audience A/B tests to identify winning combinations.
• Work with the Creative team to develop and test high-performing ad creatives and copies.
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights for scaling.
• Manage prospecting and retargeting campaigns across the funnel.
• Monitor Meta platform updates and identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in Meta Ads, preferably in D2C/e-commerce/consumer brands.
• Strong understanding of Meta Ads Manager, audience targeting, retargeting, campaign optimization, and creative testing.
• Good analytical skills with proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Understanding of CAC, ROAS, conversion tracking, Pixel, and attribution.
• Strong data-driven and creative mindset with excellent execution skills.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
