Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Performance Marketer role based in Varanasi. The Performance Marketer will plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across digital channels such as search, social media, and display to drive measurable growth for Atomic Group’s various ventures. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing ad accounts, setting up and monitoring campaigns, analyzing performance data, and making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI, conversion rates, and customer acquisition costs. The role involves collaborating with brand, content, and design teams to develop creatives, landing pages, and messaging aligned with campaign objectives. The Performance Marketer will also prepare regular reports, conduct A/B testing, and identify new opportunities and channels to scale performance while maintaining budget efficiency.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in performance marketing strategy, campaign planning, and funnel optimization.
• Candidates should possess skills in managing paid search, paid social, and display advertising platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Ads, other relevant ad networks).
• Candidates should possess skills in analytics and tracking, including use of tools such as Google Analytics, tag managers, and conversion tracking setups.
• Candidates should possess skills in A/B testing, landing page optimization, and basic understanding of CRO principles.
• Candidates should possess skills in marketing data analysis, reporting, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Candidates should possess strong collaboration and communication skills to work effectively with creative, content, and operational teams.
• Relevant experience in performance marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing in multi-brand or healthcare/education/beauty sectors is beneficial.
• A bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, analytics, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is preferred.
• Familiarity with marketing automation tools, remarketing strategies, and basic SEO concepts is an added advantage.
