Performance Marketer

Speakerbox is a growing brand and growth agency working with 70+ recurring clients. We are looking for a hands-on Performance Marketer who can manage paid advertising campaigns and drive measurable results for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimize campaigns across Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Manage campaign budgets, targeting, audiences, creatives and bidding.
• Monitor CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CPM and conversion rates.
• Analyze campaign performance and continuously optimize for better results.
• Conduct A/B testing of audiences, creatives and campaigns.
• Set up and monitor pixels, conversion tracking and other tracking tools.
• Work closely with Social Media, Creative, Content and Web teams.
• Prepare performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Manage multiple client accounts and ensure campaigns are executed accurately and on time.

Requirements

• 1–3+ years of hands-on performance marketing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Meta Ads and Google Ads.
• Working knowledge of LinkedIn Ads and Snapchat Ads.
• Experience managing multiple campaigns/client accounts.
• Good understanding of lead generation, retargeting, conversion tracking and campaign optimization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Agency experience is an added advantage.

We need someone who doesn't just run ads, but understands the numbers, finds what is working, identifies what isn't and knows what to do next.
