Performance Marketer

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and optimize Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping) for multiple brands
• Build full-funnel strategies: prospecting, retargeting, catalogue/DPA, and retention campaigns
• Own budgets, bidding, audience building, and A/B testing to improve CPA, ROAS, and conversion rates
• Brief the creative team on ad concepts, hooks, and formats based on performance data
• Set up and maintain tracking: Meta Pixel and Conversion API, GA4, GTM, and catalogue/feed management
• Track seasonal and festive demand (Diwali, wedding season, Akshaya Tritiya, sale periods) and plan campaigns around them
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for clients with clear insights and next steps
• Handle client communication on performance, budgets, and strategy
• Stay updated on platform changes, ad policies, and category trends

Requirements

• 2+ years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads, ideally in an agency
• Proven experience managing ad accounts in fashion, jewellery, D2C, or lifestyle (strongly preferred)
• Strong command of Ads Manager, GA4, GTM, and Looker Studio or similar reporting tools
• Experience handling monthly ad budgets of Rs 20,000 or more atleast for one brand
• Ability to manage multiple brands and deadlines at once
• Strong analytical thinking and comfort with numbers
• Clear communication, in English and Hindi or Bengali

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
