Performance Marketer

We are seeking a proactive and results‑driven Performance Marketer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing paid campaigns, optimizing ROI, and driving measurable growth across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital channels.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and implement strategies to maximize conversions and reduce acquisition costs.
• Conduct A/B testing, audience segmentation, and funnel optimization.
• Collaborate with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copies and visuals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance marketing.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in performance marketing and digital advertising.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Google Analytics, Ads Manager, and other tracking tools.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities.
