Learnew is an online education platform focused on competitive exam preparation and professional learning. We provide live online classes, recorded courses, study materials, mock tests, and exam-focused training through our Learnew App.

We are looking for a Performance Marketer who can help us grow our online courses and generate quality leads and student enrollments through digital advertising.

Job Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
• Generate quality leads and student admissions for Learnew courses.
• Manage campaigns with a focus on CPL, CPA, CTR, CPC, conversion rate, and ROAS.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Ads conversion tracking.
• Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve results.
• Conduct audience research, keyword research, and competitor analysis.
• Create and test different ad campaigns, audiences, creatives, headlines, and landing pages.
• Coordinate with the content and design team to develop high-performing ad creatives.
• Track leads from landing pages and identify the source and quality of leads.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights.
• Continuously test and optimize campaigns to reduce acquisition costs and improve student conversions.

Requirements

• Basic understanding of Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and performance marketing concepts.
• Understanding of metrics such as CPC, CTR, CPL, CPA, ROAS, and conversion rate.
• Basic knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking is an advantage.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn, experiment, and work with data.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

Freshers with a strong interest in digital marketing and performance marketing are encouraged to apply. Training and guidance will be provided to candidates who demonstrate good learning ability and a willingness to work with advertising platforms and analytics.

Candidates with hands-on experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, lead generation, e-commerce, EdTech, or digital marketing agencies will have an added advantage.
