🚀 CCRIPT is hiring: Creative Strategist & Performance Marketer

We need someone who can write the script, make the ad, launch it, read the data, and scale what wins. One person. End to end. AI-powered.

What you'll do

- Scripts: Write high-converting ad scripts every week with AI tools (ChatGPT, Copy.ai). Keep them compliant with Meta, TikTok, and Google policies.

- Creatives: Ship 5–10 static and video ads weekly using Premiere Pro, Photoshop, CapCut, Higgsfield, Midjourney, and AdCreative.ai.

- Research: Track competitor ads, winning hooks, and top offers via Meta Ad Library, Foreplay, and TikTok Creative Center.

- Campaigns: Launch, manage, and optimize across Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads.

- Data: Watch ROAS, CPA, CTR, and hook rate in GA, Triple Whale, and Revealbot/Birch. Kill losers. Scale winners.

You have

• Hands-on experience in creative strategy or paid ads

• Sharp copywriting: hooks, angles, concepts

• Static and video editing skills

• Comfort with AI tools for copy and production

• Strong grasp of Meta, TikTok, and Google Ads

• The ability to turn data into creative decisions

• Knowledge of ad policies and platform requirements

• Strong research instincts

• The discipline to hit weekly production targets

• Ownership. You test, fix, and move fast.

Bonus points

• AI video and image production (Higgsfield, Midjourney)

• E-commerce, direct response, or lead gen experience

• Landing pages, funnels, and CRO

• A/B testing hooks, offers, and audiences

• Triple Whale, Revealbot, Birch

• Fast-paced agency experience
